How Does the Service Work?

 

When your vehicle is ready for regular maintenance, whether it's an oil change, tire rotation, or another service -- call us at 845-876-4440 to schedule an appointment and request a complementary at home or at work pickup.

 

On the day of Service, we will reach out to confirm the time & location, and let you know which dealership employee will be arriving to pickup your vehicle. We have the ability to text, call or email updates on the progress of their vehicle service.

 

When the service has been completed, we will arrange vehicle drop off at your preferred location! We are pleased to offer this Service to anyone within a 15-mile radius of Ruge's Ford, in Rhinebeck, NY. Please call us to schedule this service.

Every service is different. You will discuss the timing with our Service Advisor upon booking!

How will I receive updates about my vehicle service?

We will contact you however you'd like: phone, text or email to provide updates.

Is the Ford Pickup & Delivery program available for all repairs?

All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is drivable, and not part of a roadside collision. A non-operational vehicle is not eligible for this service.

How do I know which maintenance services I need?

Please refer to your Owner’s Manual, check the service tab in your FordPass® App or log in with your vehicle details to find your maintenance schedule. You can also give us a call for current and recommended maintence!

Are there any distance restrictions for Ford Pickup & Delivery?

We offer this service for those within 15 miles of Ruge's Ford in Rhinebeck. Distance restrictions may apply, but please call us to confirm your preferred location to confirm.

All billing and payment questions will be handled by our Service Department. Service must be paid in full prior to vehicle drop off.
